Requirements:

  2. A personal bank account number.
  3. A recent passport-sized photograph with a white background (not exceeding 5MB in size).
  4. Contact details of two referees (email address and phone number).
  5. A valid staff ID number or student ID number (as displayed on your ID card).
  6. NYSC Call-up Number for former corps members (from 2018 onwards).
  7. NYSC Call-up Number for current corps members (2023).
  8. Copy of your highest qualification in PDF format.
  9. Copy of a means of identification, such as a valid driver’s license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card, or NIN Number in JPG or JPEG format.
  10. Willingness to work in a new environment.
  11. Physically and mentally fit.
  12. Good behavior and composure.

Application Steps:

  1. Visit the official INEC Adhoc Staff recruitment portal: https://pres.inecnigeria.org.
  2. Review the requirements for the available positions to ensure your eligibility.
  3. Click on the “Register” button and follow the instructions.
  4. Create a secure password. This password will be used to log in to the portal.
  5. After creating your password, you’ll be automatically logged in and presented with an application form.
  6. Complete the application form, which is divided into three sections: Personal Information, Contact Information, and Bank Details.
  7. Ensure that the details you provide match those on your BVN (Bank Verification Number).
  8. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph with a plain background (not exceeding 5MB).
  9. Provide details of your referees and check the attestation box. The information you provide will be validated by your institutions/organizations/referees.
  10. Submit your application.
  11. Print your acknowledgment slip. This slip is important for the final verification process.
  12. If your application is successful, your name will appear on the INEC Adhoc Staff shortlist. You’ll be contacted via your registered email address for the next phase of the recruitment process.
